The Hollows is the name for the lowlands lying in the center of the valley of the Wilderun. It is the former territory of the Witch Sisters, Morag and Mallenroh; during their time, Morag controlled the east while Mallenroh controlled the west.

Spire's Reach is a solitary mountain at the center of the Hollows. Within Spire's Reach lies the tunnels of Safehold, which houses the ancient magic of the Bloodfire that the Elves rely on to restore the Ellcrys.
